NCPDP Foundation Logo Usage

The official logo of the NCPDP Foundation is intended for use on the website pages, published documents, banners and other promotional materials utilized by the NCPDP Foundation as deemed appropriate by the NCPDP Foundation Board of Trustees. The logo may not be used in a manner that would imply endorsement or approval of any products, services, events or policy/position statement not specifically approved by the Foundation Board of Trustees.

Permission may be granted, for example, for use of the official logo at the discretion of the the NCPDP Foundation Board of Trustees or its designated agent(s) in the following circumstances:

Display by a NCPDP member or members' organization in good standing on websites, program announcements, booth displays and other published materials for the purpose of signifying support of the NCPDP Foundation and its mission and goals.

Display by an industry organization in collaboration with NCPDP to signify sponsorship/co-sponsorship of an educational event, or joint support of an industry initiative.

NCPDP members/members’ organizations or other organizations desiring to use the logo must submit their request in writing to the Chair of the NCPDP Foundation stating the explicit use intended. The Chair will review the request and approve or deny the request according to the approved policy guidelines. The Chair may consult with legal counsel if necessary to evaluate any specific request deemed to be questionable.

Any identified use of the logo that is perceived to be inappropriate should be reported to the Chair for review and follow-up action as deemed in accordance with this policy.

Your privacy is important to us. The NCPDP Foundation maintains high standards for the protection of your privacy at our website. Here is what you can expect when you visit NCPDPFoundation.org: Other than to respond to a request from you, we will not sell, rent or share any personally-identifiable information you provide without your consent.

PLEASE REMEMBER this policy covers only the data collection and use practices for NCPDPFoundation.org, an official website of NCPDP. The NCPDP Foundation's privacy policies may differ at other NCPDP websites or in its off-line data collection and reporting practices. Questions regarding the privacy policy of any other website should be directed to that website.

Our web servers automatically capture your domain name, the IP address of the web page from which you enter our site, the pages you visit on our site and the amount of time you spend here. We do not collect any information that can reveal your personal identity unless you voluntarily provide it when you register to use interactive features of the site. The information we collect is not part of any designated record set. Personally identifiable information voluntarily provided by you may be retained indefinitely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Use of the Information the Website Gathers/Tracks

Any personally-identifiable information you give us will be used only to provide the product, service or information you have requested. Unless you specifically consent to let us do so, your personally-identifiable information, including your e-mail address, will not be sold, rented, licensed, or otherwise shared with third parties. The non-personally identifiable information we gather in aggregate form may be used to improve our site.

Making Changes to the Information You Provide to Us

Information that you voluntarily provided will be maintained as long as the NCPDP Foundation deems appropriate to fulfill the purpose for which you provided the information or until you request us to remove it.

When you visit NCPDPFoundation.org, we may place a temporary "session" or a permanent cookie on your computer that will allow us to customize and enhance your experience at the site, make improvements to our site, or to report site activity. Donor Privacy Policy

We will not sell, share, or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information concerning donations received by The NCPDP Foundation, both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes the NCPDP Foundation website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

The NCPDP Foundation may utilize volunteers, employees of the organization or hired solicitors to solicit donations. However, donors can expect that all relationships between the solicitor and the potential donor will be kept professional in nature.

All donors can be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law. Donors may request their donor activity to remain anonymous at any time and Foundation staff will accommodate this request.

Changes to this Policy

If we make any changes to this policy, we will let you know the effective date of the changes and you can contact our Webmaster if you would like to know more about what is new.
